Compared with traditional projects, the processing time of EE is reduced by 6-12 months, but the requirements are also higher. Applicants need to meet at least one of the requirements of Federal Skilled Immigration (FSW), Federal Skilled Worker Immigration (FST) or Federal Experience Class Immigration (CEC) under the Fast Track System to register in the EE system.

Labour Market Impact Assessment
LMIA(Labour Market Impact Assessment)is the impact assessment of the labor market. It is an evaluation report made by the Canadian labor department to judge whether the employer has the need and ability to hire foreigners. For applications submitted by employers, if Canadian employers need to recruit temporary foreign workers, they must first submit an LMIA application to the Employment and Development Department.
Qualification & Requirement
Applicants who are unable to apply for BCPNP directly in China because of insufficient scores need LMIA to obtain additional points. Since BCPNP is an invitation system, applicants must meet a specific score before they can apply. Some applicants can not reach the BCPNP score because of IELTS or other factors. They need to land in Canada through a work permit to get more points, and apply for BCPNP later.

For applicants who scored 6 points in all four subjects of IELTS and want to apply for the fast-track BCPNP(EEBC), LMIA can reward them with bonus points.
